• Everything i sell is handmade. So that means that every item will differ slightly.
• I can custom make anything.I do not charge extra for special made items, but i do require more time before they are shipped out or picked up and depending on the amount of work involved will determine the price. you can e-mail me your idea of what you want and i can give you a price quote.
• I can do very elaborate hair pieces for special occasions (ex:weddings).Just tell me your ideas and i can give you a price quote.
• Orders will be shipped out within 3 days. A custom made item can take up to two weeks for production. Once shipped your item should arrive in 2-5 business days.
• If an item is damaged during shipping, send it back and i will replace it. I will reimburse the shipping and send a new one at no cost. I do not accept returns unless the item is damaged and not worn. There are no returns on custom orders. If it is damaged, it will be repaired and returned to you at no cost. I accept damaged returns no later then 30 days after i ship the item.
• I make sure every item i sell is quality made and tested for durability. I also make sure to package all items the best i can so it is very rare that an item will be damaged during shipping.
• If you are local (southern CA) and would like to pick up your purchase and not pay shipping send me an e-mail about what you want to purchase and you can pay in person.

As for specifications of things, all small bow pairs are about 2 in. wide and the large bows are about 3 in. all of the headbands are 1/2in. All of the bows and flowers are on alligator clips. They have a good grip so once they're in, they stay put. Most of the fascinators are on large snap clips so they lay flat of your head or they can be made into a headband. the heavier pieces are on alligator clips or hair combs. Veils are made on a plastic comb but can be put on a metal one at an extra charge.
